I received a response immediately via text for a quote. Making my reservation was very easy. The driver was very patient with our arrival at the airport, and made our pick up very easy and quick. He helped with our luggage, which was heavy. I'm not sure how to spell his name, but Dea was pleasant and professional. We only booked a day in advance, and they helped us out when we needed them.

I am beyond impressed with the level of service I've received from this company. I've had to get to the airport very early in the morning and arrive very late in the evening for work trips to Anaheim and Las Vegas and used Rose Shuttle each time. Very good experience each and every time and I have found my shuttle service for every trip to and from the airport from here on out. They also offer a variety of car transfers and can accommodate families and quite a bit of luggage. It's very handy.and using a good local company that knows its way around is essential in a city like Portland with our traffic problems!

Good service. Owner/driver knows Portland very well. I recommend and I would use again. Driver was courteous and wore a mask and provides hand sanitizer. With trying times, remember to support local businesses and this is one!

Excellent shuttle service. I have used this service roughly 30 times over the past five years and have never had a problem, even with 4:00 a.m. pickups. Always prompt, courteous, and safe. Reasonably priced and you can book a ride way in advance when you make travel arrangements. It's a no-brainer.

We Would Give 10+ Stars if possible! Booking on line was so easy. Deya was THE BEST! He texted us as we arrived to let us know where to find him. The car was Clean and Deya was Super Friendly. We HIGHLY Recommend Rose Shuttle. BTW.... We arrived on Thanksgiving at 12noon and he drove us to Salem. Another BTW, If I were alone, I would have felt 110% safe. Price was Great too!

Pricey from Vancouver to PDX ($45), but right on time, excellent car, excellent driving, so worth it. More like a limo than a shuttle. We will be repeat customer.

We used Rose Shuttle for a 4 a.m. trip from Felida to PDX and the driver was on time nearly to the minute as promised. The driver was also very attentive to traffic, courteous to other drivers (even though it was 4 a.m.) and above all, very safe in traffic. Rose Shuttle did a very nice job for us and we would not hesitate to utilize them again in the future.

We used Rose Shuttle from the airport to our home in Oregon CIty. We were extremely impressed with the communication with them and the effort on their part to pick us up at the right time---they were waiting for us! The car spotlessly clean, the driver courteous and well dressed, the drive to Oregon City--during high traffic, went smoothly with no tail-gating or crazy driving. We felt safe and very relaxed!
